The Opportunity
You've spent a career inspiring action in others. This project makes sure your online presence does the same.
Right now, your story lives buried on someone else's website. Working together we can build your own professional home online, a space that reflects your expertise, showcases the work you're doing, and makes it easy for the right people to find you and reach out.
Alongside the website, we'll set up a professional email address, design a LinkedIn banner that ties everything together visually, and handle the technical setup so you show up properly in search.
We can also explore your personal branding including a fresh headshot, maybe out at your property in Lindsay, to give the website a personal, grounded feel that matches the kind of trust-based consulting work you do.

What's Included
This is a focused, practical engagement. Everything is scoped to get you a polished, functional digital presence without overcomplicating things.
Securing your domain and getting everything connected. Something like inspiringaction.ca could be a strong option as it ties directly to your tagline and is far more memorable than a name-based domain. Ultimately the choice is yours and we can work with whatever you decide!
Home, About, Clients (featuring key organisations and sectors you work with), and Contact. Built on Squarespace Core with a template selected for a clean, executive feel.
Working with your existing logo and brand direction to refine typography, colour application, and visual consistency. Not a rebrand, just a tighten-up.
Meta titles and descriptions for all pages, image alt text, URL structure, XML sitemap submission, and Google Search Console connection.
Professional email address set up using your chosen domain (e.g. larry@inspiringaction.ca). Your existing emails can be forwarded so nothing gets missed during the transition.
Basic privacy policy, easy to overlook but important for credibility and compliance.
Once everything is live, I'll walk you through how to manage and update your website independently so you feel confident making changes yourself.
Minor content updates, text changes, image swaps, and small tweaks are handled by Clever Duck Marketing at no charge for the first 12 months after launch. Just send a message and it gets done.
A Few Things To Note
This project covers everything needed to get you live and looking great. A couple of things sit outside the core scope but are worth knowing about.

- —Squarespace and Google Workspace fees are paid directly by you after handoff. These are outlined in the investment section below.
- —Photography is optional. If you'd like to arrange a headshot session, that can be added on.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
A project like this typically runs four to five weeks from kick-off to launch. The biggest factor in hitting that window is how quickly content and design approval comes through, but the build itself moves fast once we have everything we need.
Project Fee & Ongoing Costs
There are two parts to the investment: the one-time project fee for all design and build work, and the ongoing platform costs that you will own and pay directly after handoff.

If this all looks good, get in touch to let me know you're happy to proceed. I'll then send over a short project agreement and an invoice for the deposit. Once both are confirmed, we book a kick-off call and get moving.
Review and sign the project agreement and pay the 50% deposit ($1,500 + HST) to secure your spot and kick things off.
A short call to confirm content requirements, visual preferences, and anything else before build begins. This is also when we will sort out timing for the headshot session if we are moving ahead with that.
We work through the content for all four pages together, covering your bio, client overview, services summary, and contact details. The sooner we get into this, the sooner we can start building.
Website built and shared for review. Two rounds of revisions included. Feedback consolidated and changes made before anything goes live.
Domain connected, Google Workspace live, Search Console configured. I'll walk you through how to manage and update your website yourself, and I'm always on hand if you'd rather just send me a message. Final invoice sent on launch day.
